Like electric hair removal, laser hair removal is based on removing the hair at its root by destroying the hair follicle. It is the heat produced by the laser that will epilate, destroying these follicles. This technique allows a powerful and deep thermocoagulation. This coagulation of the hair root will allow permanent (or very long-lasting) hair removal from the treated area. The destroyed hairs do not grow back.
