The autogenous onlay apposition bone graft is also called apposition bone graft. The replacement of missing teeth is done more and more often with dental implants which provide great comfort. These implants, which are artificial roots, require sufficient bone volume to be placed. Sometimes a lack of bone volume can be compensated for with an apposition bone graft. 3D bone grafting: This type of graft, called "apposition" or "onlay", facilitates the installation of one or more complex implants in the jaw when the latter displays a very high bone deficit, both horizontal and vertical.
