Infected piercing

My piercing is infected for 3 days
I did it 5 months ago
It was fine, I clean it regularly and I don't know why it didn't heal yet
It became red and as the picture below shows
I really need help.. and I don't know what to do

If it is not healing well you should use systemic antibiotics
