Do you or anyone in your service treat multiple sclerosis

I am an American moving to Morocco soon near Rabat and kenitra . I can travel further if needed. I am seeking to find a neurologist. I am currently on Ocrevus to help with the management of my symptoms and disease proggression. I am doing very well and look forward to my move to Morocco.
