I have a severe stuttering problem when talking with someone. I've been this way since childhood. When I'm alone I don't have this problem at all. I stutter less when I'm calm, but it's not consistant. I've been advised that since I'm don't stutter when i'm alone then it's a psychological thing.
I think about this everyday for as long as I remember, it affected everything in my life.
Can you advise me on what to do, thank you..

Hi. You should see a speech therapist to know what the origin of your suturing, and to get help with techniques that are adapted to your case and your age .
If there is any psychological origins, you will be oriented to get the treatment needed.
You should also work on your breathing and on your self esteem. Good luck
