The nipple areola (MAP) or nipple consists of an areola and a nipple. The modifications can be aesthetic or: - Increase in the size of the nipple: The increase in the diameter of the areola can be done by tattooing. In the event of a very small or visually absent nipple, a nipple can be reconstructed by one of the techniques used in breast reconstruction. The reconstructed nipple does not always allow breastfeeding. - Size reduction: The diameter of the areola can be reduced at the cost of an incision all around the areola.
