Ma fille fait une angine. Elle a 6 ans et fait 19 kg.
Le médecin lui a prescrit la josacine 500 mg/5ml.
Néanmoins, j'ai trouvé uniquement la forme â 250 mg/5 ml.
Quelle est la posologie à prendre?

Il faut donner 2fois 250 donc cela fait 500mg
