الم في اللسان

السلام.
اعاني في أغلب الأحيان بألم في لساني احس بحرقة
و عندما اتناول القوارص كالبرتقال او المدلينة او القارص يؤلمني و تبرز لي
حبيبات مؤلمة في في الجوانب
ماهو السبب؟ و هل يمكن وصف دواء لتخفيف الالم
