عندي ضرس عقل خرجت تحت الضرس بالشكل الموجود في الصورة ،هل قلعه يستوجب تكسيرها الي قسمين والا يمكن نزعها بعمليه جراحية بسيطة علما أن جذر الضرس في العرق ؟

Il faut faire un examen radiologique qui est la radio panoramique et si c'est proche du nerf comme vous dîtes il faut faire une radio 3D cône beam pour localiser la dent par rapport aux structures environnantes
Et d'après ces deux examens on vous dit si ca va être une extraction chirurgicale ou extraction simple
