نزيف شرجي

اعاني من نزيف شرجي بصفة يومية منذ عشرة ايام ولم يتوقف مع العلم ان لدي بواسير داخلية من الدرجة الثانية وذهبت للطبيب وفحصني بالمنظار الشرجي وقال ان السبب البواسير واعطاني ادوية لكن مازلت اعاني من النزيف اريد حلا افيدوني مع العلم اجريت تحليل nfs وكل شيء سليم اريد معرفة سبب النزيف

Hi,
You need to do colonoscopy. It is common the presence of other lesions other than the internal piles.
If colonoscopy is normal, you can do either ligation using the endoscopy or to do surgical interference.
