Nodule thyroïdienne

Bonjour j'ai 25 ans et j'ai deux nodules thyroïdiennes : tirads 3 inférieur à 20 mm et tirads 5 inférieur à 10 mm (N2 à contact capsulaire) avec une analyse TSH 0.619 . Est ce que ça nécessite une opération ?
