Pincement discale l4 l5 s1

bonjour, j'ai 31 .. j'ai un pincement discale global l4 l5 s1 avec un douleur insupportable depuis juin 2020 rectitude rachidienne marquée .. plus que un an marte7t ken avec le corticoide ( 5 jours ) = 2 mois sans douleurs .. je cherche un traitement radicale une fois pr tt !
