Brown spots or actinic lentigo develop with age on areas exposed to light (neckline, back of the hands), particularly on very white skin. These dark spots evoke the aging of the skin (cemetery flowers, age spots). It takes one to five treatment sessions to remove dark spots from the back of the hands, forearms, cleavage and face.
