Bonjour madame.La perte du bouchon muqueux est un signe que le col s ouvre mais pas nécessairement que le travail commence. Il faut qu il y ait des contractions utérines régulières et efficace pour accoucher.En fait l entrée en travail peut survenir dans les 24h voire quelques jours après la perte du bouchon muqueux.
