pinched neck nerve

I have a severe pain in my neck down to my right arm till my fingers i can feel that my nerves are firing and everypostion is so hurtful while im sitting standing and even laying down i can't sleep at night now the pain has been transmitted down to my lower back and legs I can't move properly and always feeling tension in all of my nerves i tried (pomade arthrosyle / anti inflammatoire inibrex ) I tried doing some exercises to relief the pain and relax my nerves and magnesium yet nothing works which specialist should i visit.
